Azalea Lehndorff, who lives in Afghanistan and is overseeing her 100 classroom project (Building schools for Afghani Children) will be in Lacombe for a few weeks speaking about her life in Afghanistan.

With winter settled in Afghanistan some are forced to choose between buying firewood or food.

Join her Monday, February 13th at the Lacombe Memorial Centre at 7pm. The presentation is open to the public and free!

· The National Capital Commission and Classroom Connections is kicking off the third year of a cross Canada classroom banner contest and public art project
· Students from Grades 5 to 8 are invited to create and submit a one-of-a-kind banner
· Designs should represent an issue or topic that’s important to Canadian Youth

KRAZE 101-3 proudly presents: the WISH UPON A STAR PRINCESS BALL February 25th at Festival Hall in support of Cystic Fibrosis Canada. Get tickets for the little Princess in your life on February 4th from 10am-5pm at the Collicutt Centre @ $40 per person – with %100 of proceeds going to the Alberta Chapter for Cystic Fibrosis Canada. HOUSES NEEDED (8:00 AM - 9:00 AM)
An Exciting oppurtunity for your house to be in a movie!
A group of college students, film crew and actors are looking for locations to shoot in (preferably a house) They are responsible and will leave things as they were found.
