Terms and Conditions, The Kraze Cash Call
The following rules together with LA Radio Group's general competition terms and conditions, apply to the Kraze Cash Call, running on Kraze 101.3 between 1-19 March 2010.
Anyone who enters the Competition will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
·To enter the competition, the entrant must contact the station in the method specified by the on air announcer on hearing the cue to call.
·The contest will be played 1-2 times per day, Monday to Friday 8-19 March 2010.
·The on air announcer will answer as many calls as possible during 101 second period.
·Each caller taken during the 101 second contest period will be awarded a random amount of cash – amount given at start of each contest.
·Only one winner per household throughout contest period.
Eligibility: Over 18s only
Prize: 75 x cash prizes – variable amounts, issued via cheque within 28 days of contest date by L.A. Radio Group

To enter the competition, the entrant must contact the station by email on the kraze1013.com website, following the email link. One entry will be chosen at random to win the prize on a monthly basis. The winner will receive a trip home from school for the winner plus 8 friends. By entering the competition, winners will accept responsibility to inform parent/guardians of the prize. Winner details will be passed to Premier Limousines who will contact the winner to obtain route details and school end time.

How to Play
To Win a $1000 gift certificate simply match the number on your original calendar with the number hanging in the participating merchant's place of business or view their website. See their ad in the calendar for details. Numbers change every month. Not every number posted is a winning number. No telephone or email inquiries will be accepted by the merchant to verify the number they have posted.
To win a $50 gift certificate, simply complete an original entry form available at the participating merchant and deposit it in their draw box, or enter online as indicated in the participating merchant's ad. These prizes are drawn monthly.
Winners
Original calendars must be presented to Allstar Publishing for confirmation to win a $1000 gift certificate. Entry forms must be orginial as provided by the merchant and not photocopies or hand drawn, or enter online as indicated in the participating merchant's ad. Winners may no win more than one prize. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable or convertible to cash. Allstar Publishing reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any prize at any time for one of equivalent value in the event of the unavailability of any prize for any reason whatsoever.
Entries will be accepted until December 31, 2010.
Prizes not claimed by Jan 15, 2011 will be forfeited.
Winners will be required to sign a declaration confirming their understanding and acceptance of the contest rules and acceptance of the prize and a liability and publicity release satisfactory to Allstar Publishing.
Winners will also be required to answer this skill question.

Participating merchants, and Allstar Publishing or any of their respective affiliates, related entities, promotional agencies, and any and all employees, or family members of either, or directors of the above are not eligible to win any prizes.
Calendars that are manipulated, altered, forged, mutilated, damaged, or tampered with will be considered void and will not be eligible to win. Entry forms must be orginial as provided by the merchant and not photocopies or hand drawn, or enter online as indicated in the participating merchants ad.
All entries become the property of Allstar Publishing and will be destroyed.
